Compared to this time last year, seeing the same number of listings coming on market with a slight dip in sales. To be expected when you look at overall market conditions across the Province, and with a higher average list price it will have some carry over to which category of homes are moving. Across the city, the under $400,000 continues to lead the way in fastest sales with the largest pool of purchasers eagerly moving up and getting into the market.
