- Total Sales Volume: In February, we saw increase in total sales volume in the strata category compared to the previous month and year. Single family was fairly on par with last year but with a small increase from last month . Despite seasonal fluctuations, sales continue to show consistency indicating sustained demand from buyers.
- Average Home Prices: The average selling price of residential properties in Kamloops experienced a slight uptick in February across all categories.
- Housing Inventory: Inventory levels are increasing compared the previous 4 years but we may be seeing a return to what was historically normal seasonal inventory numbers.
- Days on Market: Properties in Kamloops continued to move swiftly in February, with the average days on market remaining low. This indicates strong buyer interest especially in sought-after neighborhoods or property types.
